Do I get any guarantee with my jewellery?
All of County Equestrian Jewellers products come with a one year guarantee; if it breaks we can repair or replace it. Please send us an email with a picture of your item and we will get back to you.
I’m buying this as a gift but I’m not sure if it will fit, can you alter sizes of things?
If you buy a product for a gift and it turns out to be the wrong size then County Equestrian Jewellers are able to resize rings and bracelets, however there will be a slight postage charge applied.
I visited the County Equestrian Jewellers stand at a show previously and saw an item I liked, I’ve now decided to buy it but I can’t see it on your website, can I still buy it?
You will most likely be able to purchase the item as we don’t have pictures for all of our items yet, therefore we don’t always put it straight on the website. A number of our items are also one offs, so they may not always be available but we will always try to accommodate your requirements.
What is the jewellery made of?
All of our equestrian jewellery is available in either brass, stirling silver , 9ct gold, 18ct gold, rose gold and white gold and are hallmarked where appropriate.
How will my order be delivered?
We send our jewellery in branded jewellery boxes and presentation bags in quilted envelopes via Royal Mail.
How do I order?
You can order online or via telephone however a payment will be needed before we can make or dispatch your product.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with proof of purchase within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
How long does it take to dispatch my item(s) after I order?
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours on a normal working day if ordered before 3pm if item(s) are in stock. If your item isn’t in stock then please allow up to two - three weeks for delivery. This is because we make all our products and if the item isn’t in stock then we will make it to order.
If I order more than one item will I have to pay double the delivery cost?
If you are ordering more than one item then we are happy to pay the extra postage. You will therefore be only charged one postage fee.
There isn’t an option for sizing how do I order the right size product?
If you require a particular size in a ring then please either includes the size required in the additional information box when ordering or email us.
All our pieces are individually hand-made and finished and are available in Sterling Silver, 9ct Gold, 18ct Gold, Rose Gold and White Gold. Some of our pieces also give you the option to customise by adding a precious stone (typically Diamond, Sapphire or Ruby), which really adds a personalised touch, especially if you're buying a gift for a loved one
